“Once seen as the last step for an executive about to fall off the ladder, leadership coaches now help smooth a promotion, teach outsiders about their new culture, and tune up the talent” - CNN Money

About Me

I’ve been coaching leaders for almost 20 years now and there’s nothing I find more rewarding than removing obstacles so people can reach their goals. I am certified in administering and coaching the Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y. assessment because I believe that creating a psychologically safe environment is the key to all leadership development. I also use Gallup’s CliftonStrengthsfinder because there’s plenty of evidence that a strengths-based workplace is more engaged and productive. Finally, I’m certified in InsideOut Coaching (the GROW coaching method), and Situational Leadership II. I love to help leaders become exceptional coaches and supercharge their teams.

Our Values

  • It takes a lot of strengths and vulnerability to be curious. It’s the only way to get to the answers that are inside you. Being curious about yourself and about your team will make you the best leader you can be.

  • Psychological Safety is the foundation to all leadership development. Without it, an organization’s culture is going to be focused on driving productivity instead of growing people. Creating psychological safety with the people I coach is my number one priority.

  • Coaching is all about bringing out what’s already great in you, and I believe you are already great. You are of value because you are human and you deserve to be treated that way

  • It’s important to me that growth happens in a healthy way and at a healthy rate. I do my best to make sure you’re growing in a way that that is genuine to you and that will benefit you the most

FAQs

  • Coaching is all about pulling out the greatness that is already in you to improve your performance in a specific area. It’s not therapy. Coaching is about dealing with some emotional discomfort you might feel currently, and identifying a path to alleviate that discomfort.

  • There’s extensive research that shows that coaching improves self-confidence, wellness, and work performance. When leaders receive coaching, their team members benefit from the leadership development and coaching culture they bring back to the office. A coach can provide an individualized plan and intervene in a situation where you feel stuck or frustrated.

  • I have rates posted on my Services page. However, if you or your organization need coaching and the pricing is outside your budget, please reach out and we can discuss it.

  • I do coaching with individuals and teams. When I coach individuals, I am energized by hearing them connect the dots, get unstuck, and find a path forward.

When I coach teams, they are brought together based on mutual appreciation, become more cohesive and improve communication and productivity

  • Yes. I am certified to administer the Academy of Brain-Based Leadership’s Psychological S.A.F.E.T.Y. assessment and Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment. I use the results of these to tap into what makes you unique and how you can leverage that to supercharge your career path.
