What is a CliftonStrengths Coaching Cohort?
A Coaching Cohort is a group of people who want to dive deeply into discovering their Strengths and leveraging them in their everyday lives - work, relationships, parenting, everything. We will meet for two hours, once a week, for six weeks. It’s an investment of your time to help you bring your best self to everything you do.
Who should join a CliftonStrengths Cohort?
If you’re not sure what your next steps are in your career, if you’re tired of banging your head against the wall in your current role, if you think that based on who you are you’re not qualified to be a leader, the Cohort is for you. Whoever you are, this Cohort is about discovering and celebrating what makes you unique and we will talk about how to leverage it.

Confidence and Clarity Workshop
What is this workshop?
We’re all re-evaluating everything right now, including our careers. This two-hour workshop will lead you through a series of Strengths-based exercises that will help you identify the places of ease, energy, and enjoyment in your life and increase those in any role. During this time we will:
Learn about talent definitions and dynamics.
Explore the aspects of your job that energize you so that you can potentially get more of them in your daily work or think about a new job that might facilitate that.
Explore the aspects of your job that drain you so that you can eliminate the more soul-sucking activities.
Dig into the Four Domains of talent to see where your strongest preferences lie.
Get access to an expert facilitator (me!) who will answer any questions you have about your talent theme definitions and nuances.
Post-Workshop Support
You’ll get 12-weeks of strengths activities to build your knowledge beyond this StrengthsFinder virtual training. This “Strengths Activation Course” is also sold separately for $20/person, yet it is included free in this virtual training.
Also, if you register before January 1, 2024, you’ll get a free coaching session with me.

Strengths Lovers – you took the Clifton Strengths assessment, and you’re looking for ways to apply the content from your reports. You love professional development, and you want strategies for applying your natural talents at work.
Teams – you’ve been wanting to do a Clifton Strengths event with your team, yet you don’t have the budget for a private event right now. OR, you did a Strengths event with your team over a year ago, and you’ve let the strengths-talk fade. This class can re-energize the team about their natural talents. It’s also great for teams who want to improve productivity and build a culture based on strengths.
Job Seekers/Career Pivoters – you’re in a post-pandemic re-evaluation phase and you are wanting to re-work your resume, prep for interviews, or start a completely new career. You will leave this workshop with tools that will help you land that new job and help you navigate a new career.

Note: our resources lean heavily on your CliftonStrengths Assessment results. Can you attend if you’ve never taken the Clifton Strengths Assessment? Yes. Will it be better if you have your results? Yes – by far. We highly recommend coming in with access to your at least Top 5 results. Your Full 34 report is even more helpful.
